Rebecca Wade brings 18 years of experience across payroll operations, consulting and transformation, with deep expertise in Australian payroll compliance.
Rebecca spent the first decade of her career leading payroll functions, overseeing system implementations and delivering integration projects. Working with large, complex organisations gave her a practical understanding of how payroll systems, processes and people need to work together.
Her experience includes centralising global payroll, supporting international expansion and integrating decentralised payroll functions. She has streamlined operations and guided teams through structural and system change, keeping payroll compliance central to delivery.
Rebecca has also worked in a Big Four consulting environment and played a key role in some of Australia's largest and most complex payroll remediation programs. Over seven years, she has specialised in large-scale payroll compliance, remediation and implementation projects across highly regulated industries, including three years focused on payroll compliance at Yellow Canary.
That experience shapes the support she provides today: understanding the drivers behind payroll errors, coordinating end-to-end remediation and building the governance and controls that help improvements hold.
Rebecca works alongside Payroll, HR, Finance, legal and operational stakeholders. Her established network and industry partnerships help bring the right specialists into an engagement at the right time, with clear responsibilities and practical outcomes for your organisation.
