Founded by Rebecca Wade; a payroll and compliance leader with over 16 years of experience across payroll operations, transformation, and large-scale remediation in complex Australian workforce environments, this business exists because the gap between operational payroll and genuine governance is where organisations get hurt.
Rebecca has led large payroll functions, centralised and mobilised global payroll teams, overseen system implementations, and guided organisations through the kind of structural and operational change where payroll risk is highest. She has worked inside highly regulated, high-volume environments where complex industrial instruments, precision, and stakeholder alignment are not optional. And in recent years she has specialised in exactly what most organisations avoid until they have to face it: compliance reviews, remediation programs, and the governance foundations that make payroll a function the board can stand behind.
